Sencha is the most popular type of Japanese green tea. This Sencha Green Tea produces a lemony yellow infusion with a sweet and light juice flavour. For a perfect cup of Sencha tea always use freshly drawn water just off the boil 80°C. Allow one teaspoon per cup (around 2g) and infuse for 3 – 5 minutes according to taste.
