This coconut scraper is plastic-free, hand-made in Sri Lanka from coconut husk. It acts like a scourer for washing up, removing baked-on food or helping to remove grease and grime. This reusable Washing-Up Scraper is also 100% biodegradable and compostable after use. It will last for months and then can be composted in and around your home.
This Coconut Scraper will not scratch surfaces, trays or pans. It also has a string hanging loop for easy storage and to hand to dry in between use.

How to use: Soak baked-on food in warm water and dish soap or washing-up liquid. Use the Scraper to lift off baked food. The blade-like edge at the front and the fibrous coir fibres underneath acts like a scrubbing brush. After use rinse and hang up to dry from string loop. When the bristle-like edge of the Washing-Up Scraper starts to fray, trim with scissors back to a solid edge for months more use.
